Bebe Alexander has been a professional ceramic artist for about 25 years. Her current work focuses on interpretations of architectural forms, and other manmade objects.
She has taught at The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, in Arvada, Colorado since 1991, and has been the Ceramics Program Coordinator for The Arvada Center since 1996. In addition to running the Ceramics Education Program, Alexander began working for the Gallery Division of the Arvada Center in 2010. She had the opportunity to be a juror and/or curator for several shows, including Colorado Women of Influence, Continuing Legacies, Evolving Ceramic Traditions, Structures in Cloth and Earth Moves: Shifts in Ceramic and Design.
Bebe’s work has been included in many public, private and corporate collections, including the Kirkland Museum of Fine and Decorative Art, the City of Arvada, Colorado, and Microsoft.
